  • Guided daily trail runs over varied terrain and distance
  • Coaching on form, technique, strength and conditioning
  • Information on navigating, trail safety and environmental stewardship
  • Mental focus and daily yoga sessions
  • Small group environment providing ample feedback and intimate experience on the trail. Limited to approximately 8 participants per week.
