Tärnaby Trail is a five day trail running camp for those looking to improve their skill on the trail. Runners will experience new routes daily, ranging over forest and mountain terrain. We compliment our running with information on technique, body maintenance, and trail safety. We limit the camp to small groups to create a personal experience on the trail.
Our running routes will be adjusted to provide a challenging and enjoyable experience for all participants. We have many trails to choose from and plan to run 8 – 15 kilometers per day. Participants should have a regular running routine and be prepared to run/hike 50-65 kilometers during the camp. A moderate level of conditioning is required.
Our development sessions will cover running form, technique, body maintenance, trail safety and map skills. Participants and guides are encouraged to talk and share tips on nutrition, training and equipment.
